Project Overview:
As an algae growing in the sea, seaweed is a hidden flower plant in the plant world. Algae includes several different types of organisms that produce energy by photosynthesis. The production line can utilize high-end DW mesh belt dryer to achieve efficient drying of seaweed and coconut.

Work advantage:
The whole production line is fully enclosed (for materials), which consists of three parts: the swinging cloth section, the drying section and the discharging section. The swinging cloth section acts to uniformly disperse the seaweed on the stencil and convey it to the drying section at a constant speed. The seaweed is discharged through a hot air drying section of 80 ° C, a hot air drying section of 90 ° C and a hot air drying section of 120 ° C, and then discharged through the discharge section. The circulating wind direction and the circulation of the wind in each unit are downward, that is, the heated air is sucked by the induced draft fan, and after the fan outlet is first pre-distributed and then passed through the orifice, the hot air is directed from the bottom of the material (or from the material).
